Seam came undone on first use. I'm updating my rating. The only problem was with one bag. I wrote this review and then contacted the manufacturer. I received an apology within 24 hours and 6 new packages within 2 days. I bought them in February, cooked a meal and put the shepherd's pie in the freezer. I thawed the meat filling and tried to wash the bag while the cake was baking. Stains cannot be removed with a cloth and dish soap. As we ate, I filled my bag with hot tap water and dish soap. The side seams have come undone and the bag is no longer usable. Too expensive for one-time use! Customer service was exceptional, just thawed one more bag, no problem.
