I've been using Urban Decay for years, but this eyeshadow is SUPER powdery. It doesn't have the consistency of any Urban Decay product I've ever used, leading me to believe it's fake (I know it sounds weird, but people fake this stuff all the time). I recommend buying directly from Sephora or other authorized resellers.
