After trying to pair this with my GMC I thought about electronic contacts. Keychains will work, it just takes a little ingenuity and some aluminum foil. For those of you who are feeling disappointed. Listen. Open key fob. At the rubber part that touches the green circuit board, disassemble everything except the battery. Look at the rubber part, you will see some raised rubber bollards, some of them have black dots (metal color), and some of them have black dots misplaced on the raised rubber bollards that are in contact with the green circuit . Blackboard. Take some aluminum foil, bend it and give it a concave rubber shape. This should now make metallic contact with the circuit board, connect it carefully so that the aluminum foil does not fall out, now it's time for programming. it took me some time to figure it out. The company was useless. Check out ytube if you need more instructions on a keychain that has stopped working.
