I was honestly a bit nervous about this purchase, because prior to ordering this couch, I ordered another off Best Buy that after about a month I decided I just didn’t like.My space is very small, but I wanted something that felt "homey,” and comfortable, and I found just that when I took the chance on this product.Customer service is excellent as well! I received all but one piece initially, and thought they sent the wrong model, and reached out. They responded in less than 24 hours and assured me they sent all pieces, and provided me the tracking numbers for each box, stating they could see one was showing up as undelivered. They advised me they would contact FedEx regarding this, and if I don’t receive it within two days, to contact them again. I received it the following day.I am very pleased with this purchase. If you’re considering this couch, I highly recommend. It’s a comfortable material and it’s very pretty. It looks like a sturdy piece, and not cheap.
