The support team was very helpful, they quickly picked up what I needed and built it out right away. It's been running for about five months now with great results. They were also quick at getting me set up using some tools that others took weeks or even longer to get setup correctly. Nothing so far! Their pricing seemed fair considering how much time you have access to their system (they had free options). If your looking for an easy way to have someone monitor security issues and fix them in realtime then this could be ideal for you. The support team at triskele labs have been very helpful in understanding our needs, they take time out from their busy schedules for us even though its not part of there job duties! I would recommend them 100% - They always go above an beyond what you expect when it comes to customer service which makes me feel valued by my provider who i can trust completely with all aspects of cyber security that require expertise or specialist knowledge.
