I have a Skull & Co case on my Switch. GripCase which is an absolute must when traveling as I have big hands. This dock is not compatible with it, although the main Nintendo dock is compatible. In this case, the Switch just hovers over the docking station and doesn't connect. Even with the case off, it appears to hover unstably above the connector despite being plugged in and powering the system. Can't recommend it. This seems to be an issue with every highly rated third party Revain dock. The best option for Revain appears to be an adapter-style floating connector that can output HDMI and be powered from a USB-C port. I received a REAKA and it works fine. I just put my Switch down and plug it in and it charges and outputs to the TV.
