If I could wait two weeks I could buy the same one for half the price at Home Depot. It was fully protected with bubble wrap and cardboard but when I opened it it was badly worn and damaged. Installation was very difficult. When I attempted to latch it onto the existing sill, it would not latch. Basically I had to hit him to break him. When I tried to just twist it to lock it, it bent the existing sill. So after a few tries I finally got close to him and then just hit him a few times until I heard a click.
