I love this bag. I just started carrying it today and I am very happy with it overall. If I would change ANYthing, I would put the hooks for the shoulder strap, one on each side for better balance, and I would add a couple of extra pockets to the inside for those of us who have to carry more than 1 cellphone + glasses + wallet + *insert your extra item here*. This bag is the closest I have come to what I would consider the perfect bag. Now let's just hope it holds up to daily use.
