Review on BatiScript by Kevin Gunnmann

I like that it's easy to create reports for our engineers, which is very important in this day of "agile". The system doesn't have too many options to choose from, but once you figure out how to use the software properly, everything works fine! There are some features missing here compared to other defect management softwares (like PEP) like assigning tickets or moving them between queues/projects etc. It would be great if they added more advanced functions like creating custom workflows so we can assign different roles depending on what project each developer needs help working on. Also adding ability to add comments directly into issues.
