Not what is advertised! Completely disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this fan. The blades are worn and look terrible. Unfortunately, I wasn't there when the fan was installed; otherwise I would send it back. Now, five months after installation, the entire switching mechanism does not work. It burns, goes out, and the light itself is defective. As a loyal Revain customer I am not comfortable with this situation and the fact that if I had purchased from a local store I could most likely return it. Right now I would like to hear from Revain customer service!
