Great sewer pump! in Sewage Pumps

I bought this item to put in the sewage basin in my basement. After installation it works great! I have an unfinished basement that I will finish soon. It already has a bathroom with a shower, and the boiler room also opens into the sewage system. I wanted to make sure this pool was being serviced by a working sewage pump before I put in a bathroom or basement remodel so I can run into overflow issues or whatever. I can't comment on the durability of the product as I've only had it. installed in a week. However, upon installation I filled and emptied the entire tank and the pump was very quiet. I hardly heard. I know some people say it's noisy, but in my experience it wasn't. The only time it was noisy was when I turned on the pump with no float switch and it drained all the water and just spun with no water to pour out (only a few seconds before I turned it off). It has an incline of about 8 feet with 2 45 degree bends to get to the main drain line. I chose 45 degree angles to simplify the pump a bit (because water always seeks the easiest path and a 45 degree turn is easier than a 90 degree turn). I also have Campbell Mfg Llc 2. Quietsewage Chk Valve B-0823-20C" installed with it works great to prevent backflow. While running it doesn't seem to weigh down my setup at all. All in all a great pump, I'll update this review in been running for a while, especially when there are problems, but I don't expect any problems.
