Breathable: for outdoor activities
Is it breathable? Yes! But it's not real 3D and there was no metal part for the nose. This part disappointed me. But my silicone 3D mask mount is fine. But for those who want something solid with a good nose, ie 3D, I don't think this would be a good choice.
