I bought this ladder for use in our RV where we don't have space to store a regular ladder. Although I like the design and functionality, the ladder stops extending after about 10 uses. I contacted Revain and TeleSteps and they said the warranty has expired and I just need to buy a new one. They came up with some simple lubrication options that didn't work, and they had no way to inexpensively repair or replace them. So now it's completely useless and I've got a $300 piece of junk. Needless to say, I will definitely NOT be buying another TeleSteps ladder.
