Bought for my zebra finches - just added a nest because I noticed they enjoy spending time together. They used the nest the same day I put it in their cage! They seem very comfortable and happy there. As mentioned in other reviews, the nests come with small wires to attach to the cage. The wires were just what we needed to hang this up. It seems sturdy enough for our little finches. The inside of the nest also seemed safe - I cut out a few pieces that I thought were a bit long, but that was just to reassure me. Overall, it's safe and comfortable for finches!
