Edit 5-21-17: Replacement towel rail tips arrived about a week ago. BUT. The company's goodness went even further. The first batch was delivered to the wrong address. When the error was discovered, Interlink Products sent a SECOND set of ends, apologizing for the US Postal Service's error and further assuring them that they would take care of me. Now remember. This is after I've had the product for a little over 30 days. I hope this review doesn't encourage less honest people to use Interlink, but I just wanted people to know that you can feel very comfortable with your purchase, especially if it's a "Prime" item, although I do think that interlink will happen even if it wouldn't. I'll actually see if they have a store here in Revane and see what else they sell. I'm 72 years old with a disability so I really appreciate everything they did to solve this problem without any problems. That is becoming increasingly rare these days. And come to think of it, I almost never emailed them about the problem because I've had the rod for over 30 days. Many companies would say that this is not our problem now. Edit 4/19/17: I emailed the seller to ask for advice. They were kind enough to offer a full refund or send me new towel bar ends. I thanked them and asked for new endings. I really like this rod so if the new ends fix the problem I'll be happy. Considering I have had the item for over 30 days and have not requested a refund I would say that this is a sign of a company that genuinely cares about their customers and is safe to deal with. I look forward to new endings. Due to the way the company is handling this issue and the fact that the towel rail is good I give it 5 stars again. I will keep you up-to-date. Edit 4-18-17: Everything has been working fine until today. Now he doesn't want to hold on anymore and falls off the wall. I bought it in January so it worked great for almost 4 months. Not sure what went wrong. I again wiped both suction cups and the wall with alcohol to remove any residue. I just hung it up again to see if it holds up. Original rating 1-17: This is a good towel rail. I attached it to the back of my tub/shower so I can conveniently hang the mat on the suction tub I use. I don't like leaving it stuck on the bathroom floor. It stays moist under the mat and becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. I pick it up after every bath or shower and hang it on this rod to dry. It was easy to attach to the shower wall and seems to be holding up very well. I don't "neatly" lay the mat over the bar or pull it back together to make it snug. It's attractive and very useful.
