I have a Chubby Cat door that is exactly 15 7/8 inches long and 28 inches wide. It was made to order for someone's window (just not our window). I was looking for a material to fill in the side gaps to customize it for our windows and AC side panels seemed like the perfect solution and they are. They are easily cut with a very sharp quality pair of scissors. Just be sure to line up each end before you measure or cut. The panels will not be flush at both ends and your measurements will be wrong. Luckily I caught myself in time, but now I have to cut off all four ends instead of two.
