Best Grease Trap - Kitchen and Dining Room

Actually bought to sift small floating residue out of soups and stews. Didn't know how good the screen would be. On first use it seemed to clog and not bother. A closer look showed me why. It was filled with fat! Now I have one of the easiest and best fat skimmers ever! Will be used again and again as a handy kitchen tool I never knew existed. This is not the best gadget design in my kitchen. That's why I only gave 4 stars. But for this price I am very satisfied. But I would give it 5 stars for functionality.
