Faulty Replacement for KitchenAid Dishwasher
I purchased this replacement part for my KitchenAid dishwasher, and it was a nightmare. The instructions were confusing, the part was difficult to install, and it didn't even work properly! I wasted hours of my time trying to fix it, only to end up having to call a professional. The only pro is that the customer service was helpful. The con is that this is a terrible product that doesn't deserve a spot in the Tools and Home Improvement category.
