The most important feature in this program was its ability to manage our accounts receivable easily and effectively! It allowed us to track all payments quickly with ease and keep up-to date reports available at any time without having to spend hours searching through records or calling customer service reps. Sometimes it would crash but not always when working multiple computers so I don't know if there's some type of virus/malware causing issues. There are many other features as well such as invoicing customers, tracking shipments etc which we have found useful too! Ease of use and the ability to get up and running quickly. The fact that it has all the functions I could need to run my business. There are some bugs but they are working to fix them as quickly as possible. The customer service is not great at this point. If you have an excellent team in place it will take time to build trust. I am solving problems with accounting, inventory, and sales.
