Measure your bed wheels before you buy them. I thought my mother's hospital bed had standard casters, but they were very large. We had to get creative on how to make it work. We stretched them and they didn't fit as intended, but they kept the bed from shifting. I can't fault the product for not being able to tell if my wheels are compatible. These things were heavy and durable. They worked. I think they would work just as well and be more versatile if they were a little bigger. We tried roller coasters and other things to keep the wheels from sliding, but those were the only things that worked.
