Terrible Support Team And Very Poor Customer Service

I like that they can be used with landline communication systems as well, which is great when you're stuck without internet or cell service! Sometimes it takes longer to get through than what would actually make sense if only one party was actively trying - so sometimes this ends up adding extra steps into your survey process (and there's always an additional charge for every step). The customer support has been extremely helpful though throughout out our surveys/meets thus far at work-related sites both remote & near by us here locally; from technical troubleshooting questions all way down till end user training purposes too!! The ease of use, the ability to get an outbound call from anywhere in the world. The lack of customer service. It is impossible to reach someone at this company when you need them. I have used other providers but they have always been better. Do not waste your time with this provider. They do not care about their customers. They will take your money and then ignore you. Their support team does not even know who they are talking to. They are a complete scam.

  • Very good reporting capabilities once everything gets completed properly.+ Data exports possible upon completion.+ Great online help center where any issues could easily resolved remotely using chat feature,+ Good quality audio recordings + video recording ,etc

  • There are nuances
