I am a superfine of this tape
I am a fan of this kinesiology tape. I had never used it before but thought it would be great to have on hand. Then, I hurt my foot and in order to be able to wear shoes more comfortably, I would wrap my foot with this tape. It held perfectly. It isn't so sticky that it is hard to handle but it stays in place when you put it on, whether it is attached to itself or to your skin. I am glad to have this on hand whenever there is a need to wrap an injury to help it heal without having to use an ace bandage and pin it. Love it!
