You'd think that when you order something like an urn, given that it's going to be used for something special, like the ashes of a loved animal, that SOME care (or in this case ANY care) is going to come safe and healthy. Packaged in a torn box, wrapped in a layer of small bubble wrap and then sealed in a Manila envelope, this urn arrived in multiple pieces and was a functional resting place for my sweetheart. I got some pottery shards instead. What a disappointment, I'm insane that so little attention has been given to an article that is captioned and meant to make a lasting impression.
