I had such a great experience with my first purchase, that I bought a second so I wouldn't have to keep flipping the one over to use the other side. Now, I can have both . one dedicated to grilling burgers and the other dedicated to making pancakes. Problem I had is when my son used the pancake side to make his burgers, it was a little harder to clean which then ruined our pancake side just enough that it made it difficult to get a clean pancake off of the surface (in other words, the non-stickiness wore off a bit). So, being that it's really a good deal and we loved it so much when it worked, we got a 2nd one. Now, our black one is for the burgers on the grill side, and our gray one is dedicated to the pancakes. Solution solved and everyone is happy!
