When they first arrived the temperature was around 15 degrees. I ordered 4 boxes and each box had at least 1 panel with corners broken off. 2 boxes had broken corners on each panel. These are very thin sheets of plastic, so I believe temperature may have played a part. I will say that all were shipped in their original packaging only, with no extra boxes, and each package was also quite torn and dented. Your mileage may vary. The panels themselves are very beautiful but very thin. If you intend to light the panels, ensure that the weight is not on the panel itself, otherwise flexing problems may occur. While I was inspecting the panels for damage they did attract some hair/dirt so be careful. you'll either have to cut them out and live with them not being flush with the false ceiling track, or use the included flat black sheet as filler instead of the 3D sheet. I have a complaint that they only include 1 of the 2x2 flat black panels in the box. If you have a trellis on the wall that is say 4 inches by 2 feet, you can only get 6 pieces from that one panel. If you need 7 or more, it will not be enough for you. Not to mention that the whole point of using these panels is the 3D aesthetic, and using a flat black panel to fill in the edges kills that look. I hope that all of this information is useful to you. If you have a perfectly square room that doesn't need any cut out panels, I think this would be a great solution.
