The item was not functional in Marine GPS Accessories

The control unit was not packed in the factory packaging. It was going to be used to restore my boat so I was only able to turn it on last week and found it wasn't working. Of course, all the wiring was already secured in the console and it would have taken hours of work to cut all the zip ties and rewrite them, ultimately costing $300 to install a trim switch with an integrated control box.
