The arms themselves get five stars. Easy to install for sure. My problem is that I had the lowest drill setting and now have five grub screws in my table. They broke off the moment they moved on. I was able to use four of these and gave up because it was damaging my $200 white oak countertop and my assembly time. Don't use their screws. GENERAL.
