The customer support has been amazing! They took our feedback seriously which is important as there are many other competitors out in this space now too (including ours).
We've had some issues but they were addressed quickly so I'm happy we went through them early rather than later when things did get more complicated. It would also help if it was possible for us non-techies who use software daily just to understand how all these features work without having someone explain every step/feature etc - that might take longer though :) But even then, everything comes up eventually after using something long enough right? Good thing about Agile 5 compared to previous versions is its overall design makes sense and does what people need most often instead of lots of different menus or confusing tools scattered throughout an application.
