Review on 🌈 Govee Smart LED Strip Lights: WiFi App-Controlled 16.4ft RGB Light Strip for Bedroom, Kitchen, TV, Party - Works with Alexa and Google Assistant, Music Sync Technology by Kevin Jacobson

I'm a big fan of this and have tried LOTS of Smart Strip Lights. I don't really understand all the bells and whistles like syncing music, setting up scenes etc etc etc. After so many horrible experiences with so many different cheap brands it really boils down to three important things for me: 1. Liability. Absolutely nothing is more annoying than doing all the prep work and carefully installing them only to have them keep crashing before you even finish the job. I've never experienced anything like this with them, they actually stick to the "bumpy" wood under my cabinets that no one has had before. Thickness/Construction: Often you will receive these and they are on a thin strip like wax paper; reminds me more of those dotted candies from the past than reliable streaks of light. I've found that when I'm done, some parts don't work, some come out the wrong color, and on rare occasions are completely useless and don't work. Again, I've never experienced anything like this and was able to easily perform 90 degree turns with the suggested technique.3. Color Accuracy: I know I get what I pay for and these were phenomenally expensive bulbs at the time I bought them, but most colors were surprisingly accurate; again better than any of the previous brands I have used. The only minor complaint is that they can't be added using Smart Life, you actually have to use the Govee app. I'd love to see this updated, but since I'm only using the basic functionality as above, docking the star wasn't enough for me.
