Review on iBrightstar 50W 6ohm Load Resistors: π‘ Resolving LED Bulb Hyper Flash & Error Code by Michael Foster
Super easy installation, just what I needed.
After figuring out where and how to install the resistors and all the prep work, this was exactly what I needed to retrofit the LED turn signals to stop the excessive flickering/flashing. Costs less than upgraded LEDs and a resistor kit combined, so after a little searching and research (youtube) it makes sense. I installed a resistor in a metal case in the engine compartment with two self-tapping screws, each coated with Loctite. On the other side I couldn't find a good spot or angle to drill holes, so I sealed it on both sides with 30lb 2-sided Gorilla tape. It's really strong. I will check regularly. Great buy / price!
