I'm always looking for the next new technique to help with back pain. I thought it would help but unfortunately it's not strong enough for me. I have a high pain threshold and barely felt it on the lower settings. It wasn't until I turned it up to the highest level that I could really feel anything. I was afraid that over time my body would get used to it and there wouldn't be any higher settings for me. For people whose bodies are a bit more sensitive, this can be helpful. As for me, I need something that will give me a deeper massage.
