Sorry INNR incorrectly stated that their lightbulbs work with Alexa products with compatible hubs. I have a Revain Echo Show 5 (Alexa) hub along with a compatible Wink hub. After speaking to INNR customer service, they confirmed that their bulbs do not work with Wink hubs. I have another GE link hub that I don't use, but INNR stated that they haven't tested the GE link hub but predicted it probably wouldn't work either. INNR customer service was quick to respond and apologized. This required a lot of time to investigate as well as the need to return the product.
