Works perfectly. - Handrail Upgrade
Much better than the first one I bought. Well-made, hardened steel matrices. I've used a 3/16 die in my wire rail system for about 80 ends with no noticeable die wear. I tested the hood on a spare set of 3/16 ends with only two clips on each end. The bracket bent the adjustable end and broke under 1000 pounds of tension. There was no evidence of a wire pull. I'm going to build a bracket to pull the rig straight out so I can see when I'm pulling it out. I think I'll get at least £1500. I need to find an 1/8 cube to complete my set. I found a 5/32 punch but not a 1/8 inch.
