Gentle on skin and eliminates foot odor
I use this shampoo in the shower and on my feet. I got it to try and get rid of new foot odor. My foot odor that started a year ago is gone. TMI, but that's why I tried. I use it as a hair shampoo and then use regular hair conditioner products and I no longer have flakes at the roots of my scalp. Anecdotally, but it works for me and I can wear some of my shoes without socks again without foot odor. One bottle lasted two months for a person who showered and soaped up every day and washed their hair twice a week.
