That being said, your case may not have been SUPER GLUED and it will open just fine for you. The case felt solid and seemed to offer good protection. If you can open it and put your phone in, you'll be happy with that. Another concern of mine: If I could finally get access to the case, what would I have to go through if a battery change was required? The best thing for me is to look for the best option to protect my phone. Also, I could not find any contact phone or email to get help from the manufacturer of this product to get help. I sent the case back via Revain the next day after receiving it.
