This adapter worked great for my dual voltage phone and camera chargers. Since they can both use 220V, this plug adapter was all I needed to charge them in my hotel rooms. I was traveling light so I was pleased that this adapter is small and compact and can charge TWO devices at the same time. I could plug one device into the outlet of this adapter (which has a standard US plug) and other devices into the USB port on the bottom of this adapter. IMPORTANT - it only has ONE input for a US plug and only ONE port for a USB. Also please note that this is NOT a surge protector and NOT a current transformer. Your US devices must be 2V to charge only with this adapter.
