I like that it's easy for anyone in our organization who has never used any of these types of applications before to be able to set up everything themselves very quickly. It was really hard at first but once we got into using RacksNet over other similar software packages (eg Zonemaster) things became much easier. Now everyone can pick this product out right away since they know what they are looking for when selecting a new solution or upgrade from previous version. Not sure if there is anything i dislike yet? Just trying different features as time goes by. We use it primarily for keeping track of all employee accesses during normal business hours.
