Bought for my daughter's new apartment. We used at least 10 of these over the weekend to store prepared foods that needed marinating. My daughter also used it to pack her breakfast and lunch for work. Good size and you don't have to worry about food juices squirting out the sides when you turn it over in your pocket. I say this because I flew 2 hours with rice, vegetables and meat that I cooked in a storage container in my checked baggage and when I arrived at my destination, in my suitcase or bag that I had laid there falling. Eat just in case. Anyone who knows how movers scatter luggage upon receipt knows that most storage containers don't stand up to such treatment. but these did.
