This device is tiny and made out of lightweight cheap plastic. It's very thin and as soon as you try to put more than 2-3 pounds on it, it collapses. The tray is made of lightweight plastic and is not well balanced as it cannot be held in place. This also leads to the destruction of the device. Don't be fooled by a pretty photo. This device is a lightweight piece of junk. and definitely not worth the price. I threw mine away as it caused more problems than it solved. It also does not have a constant weight. This is a real disadvantage when working with an unforgiving recipe. Are you looking for something different!
