I must say that I am very satisfied with this product. This is the first time I'm using it and I'm very happy with it so far. It's a bit pricey for the size, but I got more than I paid for it. It lives up to its name, absolutely flat. I've always used a water-based polyurethane matte finish, but sometimes when I applied more than one coat it looked silkier than the matte finish with white streaks. I applied 3 coats of Flat Out Flat to this piece knowing I would use it often and it still looks flat with no white streaks. It is easy to use and very easy to clean. As I mentioned before, I use this item a lot to serve cocktails so I always end up spilling something on it. I was very happy after using it for a Friday night party, after wiping it down the next day I was very happy it held up. GREAT PRODUCT GREAT COMPANY!.
