An honest mistake on my part led to "Lee" at Torras going above and beyond normal customer service. The first case I received didn't fit my phone. After exchanging several emails with Lee, he sent another case. This one wasn't better. Lee checked the photos I had sent him earlier and found that I had ordered the wrong size case - I wanted a case for the iPhone 11 Pro, not a case for the iPhone 11. Obviously my fault. However, he told me not to worry and he would send me an iPhone 11 Pro case at no extra charge. It arrived in a day or two and VOILA! The Torras case for the iPhone 11 Pro fits perfectly and appears to be quite sturdy and well made. Thanks Lee for your patience and help.
