My second daughter does gymnastics and is always looking for good chalk for her hands. This chalk is perfect for small handheld devices and leaves a lot less mess. So cool because it conveniently attaches directly to your gym bag for easy access. We find that she doesn't need as much and doesn't use it as often as other products we've tried. She tends to sweat pretty quickly in her routine; but with this chalk she seems to have no problem dealing with sweaty hands. This truck is really drying on your hands... So we definitely recommend using plenty of moisturizing hand lotion between chalks.😃
