I found these by accident over ten years ago and decided to try them on my bunker coat. I carry my radio under my coat and it was painful to have the mic dangling from the clasp as it kept the mic from swinging back and forth or falling back into my coat. I attach it to the mic loop on my jacket and hang the mic on the elastic loop as shown on the packaging. It keeps my mic in one place and easy to use with textured gloves.
