Review on TrustID by Michael Reddy
I was able to create a new customer account without any issues.
However, upon attempting to add phone numbers, I received a message stating that I needed to register the phone number with the Customer ID first. This was true, however, I could not locate a way to do so. When searching the web, I did not find any information pertaining to TrustID. I would have liked to see more details on the TrustID process prior to registering. As stated above it took some time to get through all the steps involved before getting my new registration card.
Pros
- It is super easy to use - no confusing menus.
- Quickly generate reports based on your inputs
Cons
- The UI does a poor job of showing what tables/rows are available to be filtered.
- But it does not appear to be able to actually search across multiple columns of data
