I'm 5ft 4in, weigh 118lbs and my measurements are 35 bust, 27 waist and 34 hips and I have height 4 ordered. Your measurements for sizes looked like sizes that would fit my bust would be too big for my hips which of course would let water in and out and doesn't work but I like the color so I ordered a size 4 which is Supposed for a was smaller bust and waist than me but correct hip size In fact size 4 was very tight on my bust (like they said) but also ok on my chest, then a few inches too loose on my waist and hips. It appears to be carved for women with pyramid figures, so if that's you then go for it! The quality seemed good apart from that.
