I have been working with them since 2012 when they helped me build my first website for myself using WordPress which was very easy for someone who had no experience! They also took great care of making sure everything looked good even though it would be difficult for some people without visual aid to see what needed fixing or improving. The customer service has always been friendly but not overbearing. At times their responses were slow sometimes taking up days before sending back an answer especially if there was something specific you wanted answered. It really depends on the person answering any question about anything regarding this platform as everyone works differently. You should ask lots questions because the answers may surprise you just like mine did! Before hiring them make sure you understand exactly what they will do for you.
