I like that it helps me track my quotes throughout the process from initial quote request through approval until payment is made by the customer or insurance provider; its user friendly interface makes tracking easy if there are multiple people involved within our team doing different things such as quoting customers/insurers etc.; The ability to create templates which can be used across several clients gives us consistency when creating new quotations / proposals - less hassles! We use this software everyday so we don't really dislike anything about it but maybe could do without some features not being available out-of-the box? It's been very helpful keeping everyone aware what everyones' tasks should entail during each stage of quotation creation & management along with giving them access only once they've filled their role correctly e.g., QM manager cannot edit other members work unless he fills his specific job requirement first.
