Bought in an online store in Italy, arrived in 8 days. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase! Espresso, cappuccino and latte have become much more pleasant to prepare, the taste of drinks has changed dramatically for the better (before Sylvia used a DeLonghi ESAM2200s automatic coffee machine). Got pros: Excellent thermal stability at the level of professional machines. When installing a PID controller, it becomes easier to manage and prepare for the first flow. Excellent espresso when using freshly roasted beans. Excellent milk froth microstructure due to good steam pressure. Has some cons: The price has gone up a lot. :( Without PID requires dancing with a tambourine to get the optimal temperature on the group. Very capricious to grinding, requires careful selection for each mixture.
