On the recommendation of a dental hygienist, I have been using Oral Balance Gel for several years because I sleep with my mouth open at night. I can't imagine where I would be if I hadn't used this thing. It moisturizes my gums and makes me feel good - no more "morning mouth". I actually get up in the middle of the night (well, to potty...when I'm old, you know!) and reapply Oral Balance to keep my mouth in good shape until morning. I highly recommend this product if you have problems with dry gums - not only at night but also during the day!
