The idea of this is great. Unfortunately they don't work. My 1 year old hates checking her temperature so I bought this for a quick check when she is warm and I need to confirm the temperature before sending her to daycare or not. Well she was very warm yesterday, I put one on her forehead and it immediately read "N" for normal. I didn't believe it! I grabbed my rectal probe and checked that it read 101.7. I decided to try a new decal and it said "N" right away. I am so disappointed in this product. I can only imagine how many parents think their child is fine but actually has a fever that requires Tylenol or maybe a doctor's visit.
